Service pricing will be provided in written quotations. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date.
Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.
Clients retain all intellectual property rights in their original materials. We do not claim ownership of client materials or their content.
Digital copies and derivatives created during service delivery become the property of the client upon full payment.

Original materials will be returned according to agreed timescales. Uncollected materials may be disposed of after 12 months with written notice.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.
Upon termination, we will return materials and provide completed work in exchange for payment of outstanding fees.
