4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Material Ownership

Clients must ensure they have the legal right to provide materials for processing and that materials do not infringe any third-party rights.

4.2 Material Condition

Clients should inform us of any hazardous materials, fragile items, or special handling requirements before service commencement.

4.3 Accurate Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

Service pricing will be provided in written quotations. Prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Schedule

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges at the rate of 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Intellectual Property

Clients retain all intellectual property rights in their original materials. We do not claim ownership of client materials or their content.

Digital copies and derivatives created during service delivery become the property of the client upon full payment.

Original materials will be returned according to agreed timescales. Uncollected materials may be disposed of after 12 months with written notice.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not affect accrued rights and obligations.

Upon termination, we will return materials and provide completed work in exchange for payment of outstanding fees.
